Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on furniture selection
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and assembly options to enhance customer understanding
- Assist with furniture assembly and display setup to maintain showroom standards
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage customer inquiries efficiently
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with the team to implement promotional strategies and sales events
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to lift and assemble furniture (training provided)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Chinese) are a plus
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Passion for interior design and home furnishing trends
