Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area in accordance with company KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure optimal product distribution and availability across all assigned outlets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective and individual goals.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
