Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute branch-level strategies to meet sales, revenue, and profitability targets in the Bali and Papua regions.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, logistics, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive sales growth through innovative promotions, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with headquarters, regional teams, and external partners to align on goals and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in a branch management or regional leadership role within the retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Financial Literacy: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bali and Papua markets is a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
