Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
  • Train, coach, and develop staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, optimize performance, and implement strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in driving sales, managing teams, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the retail schedule.
  • Passion for luxury retail, fashion, or consumer products, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
