Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments while maintaining strict cash-handling protocols.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure checkout area to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Reconcile daily sales, prepare reports, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
- Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies, stock shortages, or damaged goods.
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations, including restocking, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of cashier or customer service experience in retail or a similar environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and electronic payments.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software (training provided for company-specific tools).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
