Responsibility

  • Conduct regular field visits to assigned sales territories in Bali to promote and sell Olympic Group furniture products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retailers, contractors, and end-users.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management, including visit logs, sales figures, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, retail, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company-provided vehicle (if applicable).
