Responsibility
- Develop and execute tactical promotion strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Manage product demand planning, including forecasting and inventory optimization to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to recommend product assortments and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align merchandising initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on product performance, including sales, gross profit, and return on investment (ROI).
- Identify opportunities to improve product profitability and reduce costs through data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Support the development of annual merchandising plans and budgets in alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, retail planning, or a similar role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, or merchandising software).
- Experience in demand planning, inventory management, or sales forecasting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs, such as gross margin, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover, is a plus.
