Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of Retail Associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, aligning with adidas’ brand values.
- Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth and improve KPIs.
- Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is always presentation-ready.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the sports/fashion industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory control and POS systems.
- Passion for the adidas brand and a deep knowledge of its products and market positioning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
