Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure financial targets and KPIs are met through effective sales strategies and cost management.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and safety protocols.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional managers to execute promotional campaigns and achieve sales objectives.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on store performance, inventory, and financials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail or consumer products.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
