Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage space utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align logistics activities with business objectives and customer demands.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency, proposing improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools to streamline operations and generate actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing or agricultural sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and reducing costs in a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, WMS/ERP software, and logistics best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) are highly advantageous.
