Responsibility
- Monitor and record daily inventory levels to ensure zero variance in stock records.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for quality and quantity compliance.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Prepare and process outgoing orders and ensure accurate documentation for dispatch.
- Implement and adhere to strict safety, health, and security warehouse protocols.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to report low-stock levels and pending material requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Vocational Course, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel/Word) for inventory tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to perform manual labor and handle inventory items of varying sizes and weights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Vermosa, Imus City, Cavite.
