As a Warehouse Analyst, you will ensure seamless warehouse operations by leveraging Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate warehouse data entries in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure real-time inventory tracking.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, including order accuracy, picking efficiency, and stock turnover.
- Generate and present reports on warehouse performance, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure alignment in inventory levels and operational workflows.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Optimize space utilization and layout planning to enhance storage efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Assist in the implementation of new WMS features or upgrades, providing training and support to warehouse staff.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory records and investigate root causes to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Knowledge of logistics best practices, inventory management techniques, and KPI tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
