Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to meet safety and operational standards.
- Prepare and process warehouse documents, such as delivery orders and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
