Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all warehouse activities.
- Prepare and process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align warehouse activities with business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or aluminum industry operations is a plus.
