Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure stock levels are optimized.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance, including metrics on productivity, accuracy, and space utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in warehouse administration, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
- Strong proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control best practices and lean warehouse principles is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a warehouse environment (e.g., lifting, standing for extended periods).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
