Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all shipping and delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations.
- Oversee the preparation and verification of shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments in real-time, addressing any delays or issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries related to shipments, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including inventory, delivery statuses, and cost analyses.
- Evaluate and optimize routes, carriers, and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper loading, unloading, and storage of goods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges effectively.
