Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
  • Optimize warehouse space and layout to improve efficiency in storage and retrieval processes.
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders on delivery statuses.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics workflows.
  • Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse administration.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
