Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Optimize warehouse space and layout to improve efficiency in storage and retrieval processes.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders on delivery statuses.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics workflows.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse administration.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
