Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive quality checks on products to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and enhance overall product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and any deviations from standards.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies related to quality assurance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
