Responsibility
- Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries using Pro Energi’s fleet and third-party transporters.
- Optimize logistics routes to improve efficiency, reduce fuel costs, and minimize delivery times.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth workflows.
- Monitor fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with transporters and vendors to secure cost-effective and reliable services.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and local regulations for transportation and logistics.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and drivers to maintain high productivity and morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the energy, manufacturing, or transportation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of route optimization, fleet management, and transportation regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to Sulawesi Tenggara as needed.
