Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory and production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues affecting production schedules.
- Implement best practices for inventory management to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to management on production status and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics is a plus.
