Responsibility
- Operate wheel loaders safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including material movement and equipment usage.
- Assist in site preparation, including grading, leveling, and material handling as required.
- Adhere to environmental and regulatory standards in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Wheel Loader Operator in construction, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Valid operator certification or license for heavy machinery (preferred).
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical demands of the role.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
