Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for global and domestic materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of market trends, supplier networks, and cost-saving strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
