Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to minimize losses.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and delivery notes.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum space utilization.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports to support demand forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg (physical fitness is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Excel for data entry and reporting.
