Responsibility
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes.
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all products meet halal certification requirements and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and maintain consistent product quality.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality assurance.
- Document and report quality metrics, trends, and issues to management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting cosmetics and skincare products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, SOP development, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with halal certification processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
