Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all legal documentation, permits, and licenses required for manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry-specific standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal compliance policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
- Liaise with government agencies, legal counsel, and external auditors to resolve compliance-related inquiries.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps in compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide legal guidance to management and departments on contractual agreements, disputes, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all permits, certifications, and legal correspondences.
- Train and educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply complex legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in legal documentation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
