Responsibility
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize sales processes, reduce friction, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Oversee end-to-end deal infrastructure, ensuring alignment between sales, finance, and legal teams for seamless execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and refine pricing models.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to forecast revenue, set KPIs, and track performance against targets.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, including CRM optimization and contract lifecycle management.
- Design and maintain scalable processes for proposal generation, negotiation, and client onboarding.
- Monitor commercial risks and compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by developing dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business development, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of process improvement and implementing systems that enhance sales productivity.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with expertise in pricing strategies, margin analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
