Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to optimize warehouse workflows.
- Prepare and process warehouse documentation, including shipping orders, receipts, and reports.
- Monitor stock levels and implement reordering processes to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and accuracy standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in warehouse administration, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in inventory management and logistics.
