Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate order-to-cash activities for assigned countries, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Oversee warehouse export operations, including inventory management, shipping documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Liaise with business partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth direct shipments and resolve logistical challenges.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and procurement, to align logistics operations with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws, including export/import documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, proposing proactive solutions to maintain operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international logistics, export/import operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, warehouse management, and freight forwarding.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade compliance.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
