Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product performance.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to track trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
- Participate in the development and review of product specifications and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality management system standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) is a plus.
