Responsibility
- Franchise Performance Oversight: Monitor and evaluate franchisee operations, financial health, and compliance with brand standards.
- Remediation & Restructuring: Develop and implement corrective action plans for underperforming franchises, including turnaround strategies and operational improvements.
- Exit Management: Lead franchise termination or transition processes, ensuring minimal disruption and legal compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute network-wide growth and optimization strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and corporate teams to foster alignment and trust.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address operational, financial, or legal risks across the franchise network proactively.
- Training & Development: Oversee training programs to enhance franchisee capabilities and adherence to best practices.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present data-driven insights on network performance to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: Minimum 7+ years in operations management, with at least 3 years in a franchise or multi-unit oversight role.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of franchise business models, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors.
- Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to diagnose operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with franchise agreements, labor laws, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Cultural Adaptability: Experience working in diverse, international environments with a collaborative mindset.
