As the backbone of our Central Kitchen, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes—from inventory management to order fulfillment—run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and support the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and products to our network of restaurants and clients across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods for the Central Kitchen.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems, ensuring real-time tracking of stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, and warehouse performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all warehouse activities.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize efficiency and space utilization.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy.
  • Support logistics operations by coordinating with transport providers for timely delivery of goods to various locations in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or a related role, preferably in the food, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.
