Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receipts, shipments, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and verify warehouse documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery confirmations.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or delays.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, including metrics on turnover, accuracy, and productivity.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
