Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Coordinate office logistics, including procurement, facility management, and vendor negotiations.
- Implement and maintain administrative systems, processes, and best practices to enhance productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to align administrative support with business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, financials, and resource utilization to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and company policies in all administrative functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, office operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in office management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
