Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the company’s document control system, ensuring all documents are accurately filed, updated, and easily retrievable.
- Develop and implement document management procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and distribute technical and administrative documents.
- Ensure version control and track revisions for all critical documents, including contracts, manuals, and reports.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Train employees on document management best practices and software tools.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize digital document storage and retrieval systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, administration, or a similar role, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Alfresco, or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Experience in training and mentoring staff on documentation processes.
