Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Oversee the organization and storage of warehouse items to maximize space and efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
- Prepare and process warehouse documentation, including shipping orders, receipts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline warehouse operations.
- Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
