Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and storage of goods.
- Prepare and process warehouse documentation, such as delivery orders, receipts, and stock reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover, and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a related field.
