Responsibility
- Coordinate and facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits and licenses for construction projects in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams, government agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any potential delays or issues.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify compliance, and report findings to project managers.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, challenges, and recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a liaison, administrative, or project coordination role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, permitting processes, and compliance requirements in Bali.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
