Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction.
- Process payments and issue receipts as required.
- Address client concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (preferably in a studio, office, or hospitality setting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
