Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to align operational goals.
- Generate reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and supply chain metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all PPIC activities.
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning capacity to optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
