Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to warehouse activities, including reports and shipping logs.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Provide support in training and supervising warehouse staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse administration or a related field.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
