Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support the accounting team with invoicing, expense tracking, and account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and organize financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to facilitate communication and resolve administrative inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under supervision.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Provide general office support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve administrative and accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and financial information.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
