Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements for staff and executives as needed.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including preparation of materials and venues.
- Monitor and maintain office budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing reports for management.
- Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are implemented and followed within the office premises.
- Provide general support to HR and other departments in onboarding, offboarding, and employee-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or office management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
- Familiarity with basic accounting and budgeting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
