As the right-hand to our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in managing critical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless executive operations. Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communications, scheduling, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Support business development initiatives, including market research, partnership outreach, and international expansion efforts.
- Oversee executive operations, including travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address challenges to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, or project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
