Responsibility
- Prepare, maintain, and organize all warehouse-related administrative reports, including inventory logs, shipment records, and transaction summaries.
- Manage and archive both hardcopy and softcopy files, ensuring proper grouping, labeling, and accessibility for future reference.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for warehouse transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and stock movements.
- Analyze warehouse data to identify trends, discrepancies, or potential issues, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and management to ensure seamless communication and documentation flow.
- Assist in coordinating with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and clients, to resolve documentation-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for warehouse documentation and record-keeping.
- Support the implementation of digital tools or software to streamline administrative processes and enhance data management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with warehouse management software (WMS) or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or administration is advantageous.
