Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using company software and manual tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to oversee the incoming and outgoing flow of goods.
  • Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documentation efficiently.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory levels are aligned with system data.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management to resolve any stock discrepancies.
  • Monitor warehouse supplies and coordinate with procurement for replenishment when necessary.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and workplace cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or general office support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage).
  • Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Sibu, Sarawak are highly encouraged to apply.
