Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist chefs with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces.
- Restock supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, as needed.
- Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a waitress, server, or kitchen assistant role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
