Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment.
- Replace and restock linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as needed.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel policies and health regulations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services, such as extra pillows, blankets, or room refreshes.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address guest concerns or special requirements efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for daily operations.
- Follow sustainable practices, such as proper waste disposal and energy-saving initiatives, to support the hotel’s eco-friendly goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 15 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
