Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned luxury villas, ensuring seamless guest check-ins, stays, and departures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge staff to deliver 5-star service.
- Develop and implement SOPs for villa management, including cleaning, security, and emergency protocols.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance villa visibility and occupancy rates through strategic promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Foster strong relationships with local communities, service providers, and tourism stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, or luxury hospitality in Bali or similar destinations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape, local regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by guest demands.
