Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Set up and maintain clean, organized dining areas in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Process payments and manage transactions using POS systems.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
