Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.
- Coordinate with the dining and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and special events.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of service and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or Indonesian is a plus.
